She is working as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Education, Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University) Agra. She has a good academic record. She is B.Ed, M.Ed, M.A.(Economics and Education). She has completed Ph.D. also in Education. She has participated in various National and International Conferences and Workshops. She has presented a Paper in International Conference organized by GERA in Nepal. She has various publications in Conference Proceedings, Edited Books at National and International Repute and in Peer-Reviewed Research Journals with good Impact Factor. She is an active member in Managing Board in Pahal Welfare Society, Agra and Editor in Pahal Hizon
