About Me

Yatendra Pal Singh, B.A, M.S.W, Ph.D, is a professional social worker, writer and teacher. His Academic Background includes Diploma in Physical Education also. He was awarded Ph.D. (Social Work) in the field of 'Counseling for HIV/AIDS' from the University of Lucknow, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. He qualified UGC NET in June 2005 in Social Work. He participated and presented Papers in National and International Conferences, got published Research Papers in Conference Proceedings, chapters in Edited Books at International level. He has number of publications in Journals and Magazines of Good Impact Factor. He attained number of National and International Workshops. He is the life member of several learned bodies. He is the founder of Pahal Welfare Society, Agra (NGO) and has been working for HIV Positives and AIDS patients, orphans and Differently Abled persons (Divyang) in Agra since years. Now he is discharging his Liabilities as Chief Editor in Pahal Horizon.
