Thalesh has organized high-impact events related to Soft Skills and Programming attended by 500+ people. Through his role as a student liaison, he advocated for 60+ peers to resolve their academic issues. An avid educator, Thalesh holds certifications in programming and data analysis. He has also been awarded as a Child Scientist in the 22nd National Children's Science Congress. Thalesh has a passion for science and technology.

He founded Wuchi Wami as an impact driven business from ideation stage to a company now employing 22 full time staff and 1244 farmers transitioning into a multi billion dollar and multinational green business project. He has represented Zambian entrepreneurs at the UN and his company now exports honey and beeswax in 5 different countries.
